2. Big Y tallies your earned award points and prints them on your receipt each time you shop.
3. Help the school of your choice acquire desperately needed equipment and supplies - FREE!!

iF YOU CURRENTLY HAVE AN EXPRESS SAVINGS CLUB CARD:

Complete the yellow section on the back of the form indicating which school should receive the points you earn. Please return your completed form to the Customer Service Desk at your local Big Y.

IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN EXPRESS SAVINGS CLUB CARD:

Simply complete both sections on the back of the form in order to get your card, and designate your points to the school of your choice. Please return the completed form to the customer service desk
